Shipments and returns

Packages are generally dispatched ASAP after receipt of payment and are shipped via EMS China or UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

In case of out of stock goods, we will contact you directly through email or phone, a refund will be issued if payment had been received, or alternatively we could dispatch the goods at later date as agreed by both party.

Shipping to China, Hongkong, Taiwan and Macau is US$5.  For rest of Asia is $8.  And for rest of the world is $18.

If you can't see your country when you fill in the delivery address, it usually means it is prohibitively expensive delivering to the selected destination.  In such case, please contact us for options.

We only accept returns in case of faulty goods, and in such case, please contact us to arrange a method of return or refund.
